Change of mind/returns

It may happen that you want to return an order, for example because the product is not to your liking after all or because you have another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt.

After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. The costs for returning your order to the webshop are at your own expense. These amount to approximately €7.25 per package. Please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@dogsen.nl. We will refund the outstanding order amount within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided that the product has been returned in good condition.

If the product or its packaging is more damaged than is necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Please therefore handle the product with care and pack it properly for return.

I provided the wrong delivery address!

Did you accidentally provide the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
